The short version
- Bitcoin ETF inflows reached a net $176.0 million on October 27, with $151.5 million into BlackRock’s IBIT and $24.5 million into Fidelity’s FBTC, the second inflow day in a row.
- The two days have won back $286.3 million of the $773.5 million that left on Thursday and Friday, but ten of twelve funds still printed zero and Ethereum ETFs lost another $60.2 million.
- The crew is watching whether GBTC and ARKB join in, BTC at $80,912 against the 50-day average at $81,935, and the Fed decision today at 18:00 UTC (2:00 p.m. in Washington).
Bitcoin ETF inflows grew on Tuesday, and this time BlackRock had company. US spot Bitcoin ETFs took in a net $176.0 million on October 27, with $151.5 million going into IBIT and $24.5 million into Fidelity’s FBTC.
It is the second inflow day in a row, after Monday’s $110.3 million that only IBIT collected. Ethereum ETFs lost money again, $60.2 million this time. BTC trades at $80,912 at the time of writing, back above $80,000 with the Fed decision due later today. Two funds is better than one, but is it enough?
Farside’s Tuesday update has the full row, fund by fund:
How Big Were Bitcoin ETF Inflows on Tuesday?
They were the biggest since last Wednesday. The $176.0 million is the best day since October 21, Farside’s data shows, and no fund reported an outflow for the second day running.

Put the two days together and the funds have won back $286.3 million of the $773.5 million that left on Thursday and Friday, a little over a third. IBIT has made back $261.8 million of its own $364.4 million exit. October is now only $27.2 million in the red for the group, down from $313.5 million at Friday’s close.

Why Does Fidelity Coming Back Matter?
Because FBTC was the other big seller. Fidelity’s fund lost $249.3 million on Thursday and Friday, and it has lost money in October more than any other fund. Small as they were, Bitcoin ETF inflows at Fidelity say the selling has paused in more than one place.
It is still a short list. Ten of the twelve funds printed zero on Tuesday, including Grayscale’s GBTC, ARK’s ARKB and Bitwise’s BITB. Thursday’s exit hit five funds at once; the return has reached two. The funds that sold last week have not bought back yet, so this is a pause in the selling more than a broad return of buyers.
Why Are Ethereum ETFs Still Losing Money?
BlackRock’s ETHA keeps selling. It lost $93.3 million on Tuesday, more than the whole group’s $60.2 million, while Fidelity’s FETH took in $28.6 million and Grayscale’s smaller Ethereum fund added $4.5 million, per Farside.
That makes $148.8 million out of Ethereum ETFs this week in two days, and $1.32 billion for October. ETHA accounts for $1.23 billion of the month on its own. FETH, on the other side, has now taken in money two days running, $44.7 million in all. ETH trades at $2,354, down 11.4% in 30 days, against a 2.9% drop for BTC.

Bitcoin Price: Can BTC Get Back Above the 50-Day?

Not yet. The BTC price closed Tuesday at $80,910, its sixth close in a row under the 50-day moving average at $81,935. The floor to watch is $79,369, Monday’s low, with $76,264 below it. A daily close above $81,935 would be the first since October 21, the last day the ETFs saw big inflows.
TRAIL MAP: Indicators Worth Knowing: Moving Averages, RSI and Volume
The Fed decides on rates today at 18:00 UTC (2:00 p.m. in Washington), and Wednesday’s flows will land after that. Two funds buying is a start. If GBTC, ARKB and Bitwise join in too, that would look like a turn.
